The breakfast was great, so much to pick from. The room with air con. The location was EXCELLENT, short walk to Tatacoa desert and observatory and the outskirts of Villavieja. Found time to see Museo Paleontologio, that's not too far from the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of this family-run hotel. The staff were VERY, VERY NICE, absolutely kind. Booked the venue for its great location really close to the river, the outskirts of Villavieja and the main square. Moreover, Church was relatively near the place.

I booked a standard double room and it was really spacious with air conditioning - super important in hot places! Having both a shower and bath sheets available was definitely a nice touch. 🛁

I had an amazing stay at Cosmos Tatacoa in this peaceful town. the hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. We went on a desert trip guided by the hotel's guide and learned so much about the local wildlife and plants. the location outside of town was perfect to avoid noise. the pool was a great way to relax after a desert hike. I highly recommend staying here!

I was absolutely blown away by my stay at this amazing hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had AC. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location was perfect for visiting the desert, and the hotel even organized a fantastic tour for us. The pool was a refreshing treat, and the breakfast options were mind-blowing. this place exceeded all my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was a good size overlooking a garden. the location was amazing and convenient - just a short walk from everywhere we wanted to go. It only took us 10 minutes to reach the Buses para Neiva bus stop 🚌.

Our room at Cosmos Tatacoa Hotel was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely garden view from the patio. The flat-screen TV in our room provided entertainment for the whole family. We loved the balcony that overlooked the garden, offering a peaceful spot to relax. The air conditioning in our double room made for a cool and pleasant stay.

Personally, we would have preferred a mountain view, but that's just our taste.

The staff, especially the young man with glasses, was mind-blowingly attentive and caring. The regional hotel had a jaw-droppingly clean and inviting pool, and a short walk from town. The location and gardens attracted numerous birds and butterflies, showcasing a stunning contrast of ecosystems. The room was spacious with a mini-balcony, allowing for lots of light. The hammocks in the garden and the late-night common area for drinks/snacks were super appreciated. It was a very safe place with a very good breakfast. We ended up staying an extra night because it felt like home and there was so much to do.

As a family with kids, we loved the remote and quiet location of the hotel. the beautiful clean pool was perfect for cooling down after a day in the sun. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, arranging incredible tours to the desert and a relaxing boat ride on the river. the hotel also provided a laundry service, which was a lifesaver. the driver, Michael Triviño, was knowledgeable and provided interesting insights about the region. the hotel also had spacious rooms with AC and a delicious restaurant.

Felt like our own home, no complaints.

Great pool, lovely garden, and a nice terrace to relax. The restaurant offered tasty food. It was a peaceful retreat in the middle of nowhere.

Just loved driving on those bumpy roads to get there. So much fun and so good for my back.
